Dr. Bella Tan comes from a long line of TCM practitioners in Malaysia, a country in SouthEast Asia. Inspired by her father and miraculous results from TCM along the clinical site, she decided to pursue her interest in GuangZhou TCM University in China for five years of TCM Bachelor Degree from 1995. Dr. Bella was rewarded her Bachelor Degree after five years of study and internship in the year 2000.

After a year of clinical practice, she enrolled herself again into GuangZhou TCM University in 2002 for another three years of Master Degree, and her thesis is regarding “ Stroke Rehabilitation with Acupuncture and Herbal Formula in Clinical Research”. Then she was awarded a Master Degree in 2005. In 2006, she opened her own clinic, Two Tan Acupuncture & Rehabilitation, 30 patients a day is a normal routine. In 2010, she further her study for Ph.D in Acupuncture and Moxibustion at GuangZhou TCM University and earned her Ph.D in 2013.

Dr. Bella Tan has many experiences in her clinical practice and her research, she is knowledgeable and kind to her patients. She has a high reputation in the TCM field. She also started to lecture at Malaysia TCM college since 2006 and INTI College TCM faculty as a clinical practice professor since 2013, at present she is lecturing at CCATCM in Halifax, Canada. She specializes in Insomnia, Anxiety , Infertility, Obstetrics and Rehabilitation for Special Needs kids. She has been invited to cast on famous TV shows in Malaysia several times. Until 2020, she has more than 20 years of clinical experience and all of her patients like her so much, no matter in Canada or Malaysia.

Dr. Bella Tan is an active member of CMAAC. She is a registered Acupuncturist and professional TCM practitioner in Canada now.
