At CCATCM, we understand that pursuing your passion for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) needs to fit alongside your other commitments. That’s why we offer flexible program structures and scheduling options designed to help you balance your education with work, family, and personal life.

Onsite Diploma Programs (Acupuncture & TCM)

Our full-time onsite programs are structured to provide comprehensive learning without overwhelming your week:

Weekly Class Time

Typically involves 20 hours per week, qualifying you as a full-time student.

Schedule Structure

Classes generally run 2.5 days per week. Students usually attend either:

Full days Monday & Tuesday + a half day Wednesday, OR
Full days Thursday & Friday + a half day Wednesday.

Focus

Allows ample time outside of class for study, work, or personal commitments.

Blended Delivery Diploma Programs (Online/Onsite)

For maximum flexibility, especially if you need to study remotely initially:

Year 1 (Online)

Evening classes typically held Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. This allows you to study theory components from home.

Year 2+ (Onsite)

Transition to Halifax’s 2.5 days per week onsite schedule to complete hands-on practical courses and clinical training.

Self-Interest Study

Self-interest study options are available for students needing a more extended timeframe. These could potentially extend the Acupuncture Diploma completion time up to 5 or 6 years. Please contact admissions for details on self-interest structures.
