Learn the basics like Yin Yang, Five Elements, Qi, Blood, and Zang-Fu organ theory. Understand how TCM views health, disease, and the body.
Study the four pillars of TCM diagnosis (Observing, Listening/Smelling, Asking, Palpating), including detailed tongue and pulse diagnosis, and learn methods like 8 Principles differentiation.
