The program covers essential TCM concepts and practical acupressure skills. You will study:

Acupressure Massage Techniques: Learn how to apply pressure to specific points on the body. The goal is to relieve tension, improve circulation, and help promote relaxation and balance.
TCM Foundation: Understand basic ideas like Yin/Yang, Qi (the body's energy), and Blood (Xue), which are central to Chinese medicine.
Chinese Meridian Theory: Learn about the pathways (meridians) energy is thought to flow through, and the main points located along these channels.
